The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat with stunning sea views. the attentive housekeeping staff maintained the room meticulously, though there was a minor hiccup with replenishing shower gel and towels one day. The hotel's prime location near the private beach, with free beach bar access, was a definite highlight. the on-site restaurant served a variety of delectable meals, and the lobby bar was a convenient spot for a quick drink. While the all-inclusive package offered great value, I did appreciate the option to explore the nearby Old Town of Nessebar within walking distance. However, some aspects like the occasional oversight in room restocking and housekeeping, as well as the availability of beach chairs, could be improved. Bilyana Beach Hotel strikes a balance between luxury and value, making it a solid choice for a seaside retreat along the Bulgarian riviera.
